You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct and up to date.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

W124be specializes in used Mercedes-Benz parts for classic vehicles.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of our products.

Because our products are mainly used classic car parts, the actual appearance, colour, condition and wear may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

Photos and descriptions are intended to provide the most accurate representation possible of the item.

SECTION 3 – USED CLASSIC CAR PARTS

All parts are sold as used parts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The customer acknowledges that classic car parts may show signs of age, including:

  • normal wear;

  • scratches;

  • discoloration;

  • oxidation;

  • corrosion;

  • ageing of plastics and rubber components;

  • wear of electrical components.

Many parts sold by W124be are between 20 and 40 years old.

Due to the age of these parts, the remaining service life cannot be guaranteed.

The customer understands that a used classic car part cannot be expected to have the same condition or lifespan as a new replacement part.

SECTION 4 – COMPATIBILITY OF PARTS

The customer is responsible for checking whether the purchased part is suitable for their vehicle.

The customer must verify:

  • chassis number;

  • production year;

  • engine type;

  • vehicle version;

  • optional equipment;

  • part number.

Incorrect purchases due to insufficient verification by the customer are not considered an error by W124be.

SECTION 5 – ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

Electronic components are sold as used parts.

Whenever technically possible, electronic parts may be tested before purchase.

For pickup purchases, the customer has the opportunity to inspect and, where possible, test the component before payment.

After approval and acceptance during pickup, the part is considered accepted in its current condition.

Electronic components that have been:

  • incorrectly connected;

  • incorrectly installed;

  • opened;

  • modified;

  • damaged during installation;

are not eligible for return or compensation.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS

By placing an order through our webshop, the customer submits a request to purchase the selected products.

W124be reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:

  • incorrect product information;

  • incorrect pricing;

  • product unavailability;

  • suspected fraud or misuse.

The agreement is concluded once W124be confirms the order.

SECTION 7 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed including VAT unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price applicable at the time of ordering is the price charged to the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

W124be will make reasonable efforts to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

W124be is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS

For online purchases made by consumers within the European Union, the customer has the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the item.

Returned items must:

  • be in the same condition as received;

  • not have been installed;

  • not have been modified or opened;

  • include all original markings and components.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless legally required otherwise.

Returns must be requested before sending the item back.

SECTION 10 – PICKUP PURCHASES

For purchases completed and collected in person, there is no legal right of withdrawal.

The customer has the opportunity to inspect the item before purchase.

After payment and acceptance, the item is considered sold and accepted in its current condition.

SECTION 11 – DAMAGE AND INCORRECT DELIVERY

The customer must inspect the order immediately after delivery.

Any transport damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 48 hours, including clear photographs of the packaging and the product.

SECTION 12 – INSTALLATION AND USE

W124be is not responsible for:

  • installation costs;

  • removal costs;

  • diagnostic costs;

  • programming costs;

  • labour costs;

  • towing costs;

  • indirect damages.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that parts are installed correctly by a qualified person.

SECTION 13 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, W124be's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant part.

W124be shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, labour costs or additional expenses resulting from the use of used parts.

SECTION 14 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, photographs, logos, designs and other materials, belongs to W124be or its respective owners.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

SECTION 15 – PRIVACY
